Welcome! This is my first book and is the result of teaching game development at Escuela Web in Caracas, Venezuela. The first couple of versions of the course were really messy in terms of goals, but thanks to playtesting and “player” feedback it was possible to conceive a better way for teaching Phaser.
The book is intended to be a practical introduction to HTML5 game development using the Phaser framework by teaching you how to develop a complete game with well-known mechanics. It is bundled with all the necessary assets, so we can focus on the code and not finding extra resources, or creating “programmer art“.
